went to Yu Ying hse early.. by KTM.. easy la..
thought it was far.. very near only..
ate with her and talk talk talk with everyone that came early..
before that went to denise's hse.. talk before she went to connought..
yesterday a first complete training with ren ren at kepong
not sure its complete or not.. was hoping it didn't rain like last time
usually i go home early because my mum comes early or it rains...
WELLLLLLLLLLLLL, it all
started with some burp bib ( not spelt like that, i spell it the way i hear it) LOL
cause we were late.. then shooting boards..
then got called out to do 50 boards alone.. damn tiring
neck hurt so bad.. the last ball was so stubborn, doesnt want to go in..
then did more shooting.. then 4 rounds of sliding and dribbling
but take turns, so it's more of 1 round of sliding and 1 round dribbling..
dribble speed ,5 dribbles only and lay up..
then rest for a while
then did figure 8.. have to catch up on running all the time
cause my partner was to far from me.. need to work on speed also
legs like jelly after that.. after figure 8
passing drills, partnered with ah beh..her sliding was so fast...
hard to catch up with her..
4 rounds of sliding and dribbling again
then free throw.. some of my ball go in.not consistent.. need to work on it.. haha
then played a match.. played badly but learn from it ..shots all didn't go in..
during training i can get my shots in but when i'm playing a game
its another story.. so i really really got to get my shooting every time i play
it was either i dribbled too much, or mistakes..
hope not to do that again... will practice for position 2 and 3...
need to be better.. now learning to have the courage to drive in..
get injured also don't care.. need to bang other ppl to get in.. LOL
